Visas for non-EU Citizens

Since Brexit, the UK are now one of the countries that need a visa to stay in the EU for longer than 90 days. There are different options available and we can help in many ways.

In most cases this first involves an application at the Spanish Consulate in the country where you currently preside, eg UK,  

Working/Entrepreneur Visa

This visa requires the applicant to present a solid application based on a work contract or self-employment.

If there is a work contract, the employer must prove that the vacancy has been advertised within the Spanish Jobseekers system and cannot be suitable filled by any applicant currently residing in Spain. If you can overcome this hurdle then the application process is fairly straight-forward.

If the application is based on self-employment, then a very comprehensive business plan is required and should, ideally, be based around some service or trade that isn't already in abundance in the area.

Renewal of the Working Visa

This process is carried out in Spain and the requirements are similar, although in some Autonomous regions a little stricter.
