Visas for non-EU Citizens

Since Brexit, the UK are now one of the countries that need a visa to stay in the EU for longer than 90 days. There are different options available and we can help in many ways.

In most cases this first involves an application at the Spanish Consulate in the country where you currently preside, eg UK,  

Family Reunification

This visa is applicable to anyone with Spanish Residencia who wants to bring a family member to join them in Spain but it is a very strict and drawn-out process.

The people who qualify include spouses, children under 18 years and parents who are soley dependant on the applicant.

This is a three stage process and the first requires the applicant to request an authorisation from their local Spanish Authority to allow their dependent to reside with them. The 2nd stage is carried out at a Spanish Consulate in the country when the family member currently resides, such as UK, and the final stage is in Spain for the TIE card application.

Renewal of the Family Reunification Visa

This process is carried out in Spain and the requirements are similar, although in some Autonomous regions a little stricter.
