Obtaining and Using a Digital Signature
There are more and more occasions when we are required to have a 'Clave' or 'Digital Signature' in order to access online data/forms.
However, although it is an advancement in technology, it is not for those who really don't use or understand computers.
We can help you obtain a digital signature and upload it to your device and even provide a little guidance on places it can be used, such as ClicSalud, DGT, Hacienda and Seguridad Social.
The process requires registration with the FNMT (Mint in Madrid), followed by a visit to the Town Hall, where your signature is verified. It is then possible to download the digital signature.
