Our expanding parcel returns service includes Amazon, Celeritas, InPost and Boyaca.

Simply follow the return instructions on the website where the item was purchased and bring it into us to finish the process.

Amazon returns tend to go through Celeritas and once we have scanned in the package the refund is almost instant.

Celeritas is also the best option to select for other returns such as Zara, Zalando, Kiabi, Media Markt, Corte Inglés

InPost and Boyaca are fairly new and currently offer sending and receiving of Vinted Spain items.

These items can be brought to us 7 days a week, during the opening hours as listed on our home page.
